Knee Pain Relief

The following is the forward to the mini-book 3 Steps To Overcome Knee Pain By Ryan Poplaski, MPT

“It’s part of life to have obstacles. It’s about
overcoming obstacles; that’s the key to
happiness.”
-Herbie Hancock

Overcoming knee pain can be challenging.

As I write this, the professional golfer Tiger Woods is participating in his
first professional golf tournament since his car accident in
2020. As a result of this accident, he almost lost his lower
leg and initially did not know if he would ever be able to
play golf again, or even walk without assistance.
14 Months after his accident and after extensive
rehabilitation Tiger Woods will be playing in one of the most
prestigious golf tournaments in the world; The Masters at
Augusta Georgia.

I bring this amazing story of overcoming obstacles not to
imply that you will have the same results as Tiger but to give
you confidence in the process that got him there.
Because with any new endeavor or journey, you must trust
that the steps you take will lead to progress. I say this
because I have helped thousands of patients find their way back to the activities they love. And I
know that true progress doesn’t start until the patient starts
to believe it can and will happen.

Because with any new endeavor or journey, you must trust

to believe it can and will happen.

I have written this mini-book to give you the tools needed to help
with your knee pain and provide you with an outline for a

information. There are many expert people and innovative
tools available that can help make your recovery painless

I tell my patients that they are The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of their bodies. They
make all the decisions, but like any good CEO, those
decisions are not made alone. Be the best CEO of your
