History of Bodywise Epping

Opened up in 2007 Bodywise Physical Therapy LLC was the first physio in Epping.  Ryan Poplaski & Karen Poplaski started the clinic with the idea that physical therapy should be provided in a way that benefits the patient. Always patient-centered, Bodywise grew based upon patients telling their friends, family, and doctors about a PT office that puts the patient first.  Allies with local doctors and hospital groups, Bodywise’s ability to stay independent gives the patient many choices for continued care.  Accordingly, additional physical therapy providers were added always with the goal of improving the patient experience.  As the clinic grew, Bodywise began to see patients from Stratham, Exeter, Kensington, Newmarket, and even Portsmouth NH.  Because of the increased traffic from Southern New Hampshire, Karen & Ryan Poplaski decided in 2021 to open a second location in Stratham, NH.
