Lindsey Bangs has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bay Path University in Longmeadow, Massachusetts. She has been working in the medical field as a front office staff member for over 10 years. When not in the clinic, she enjoys hiking, reading, baking, and spending time with her husband and their two cats.

Judy Coots has been working in hospitality for over 20 years. With a background in massage therapy and esthetics, Judy has a passion for helping people reach their goals.
Judy recently relocated to Raymond from the North Country of New Hampshire. In her free time, she enjoys all that New Hampshire has to offer…hiking, biking, kayaking, snowshoeing and also gardening.

Dr. Veronica attended Springfield College, where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017. She continued her studies in Connecticut where she completed her Residency in Orthopedics, in addition to continuing education focuses on manual therapy and clinical education. Veronica is passionate about providing patients with specifically tailored programs and evidence-based care to help them meet their personal goals. She is excited to be a part of her patient’s healthcare team. When not in the clinic, Dr. Veronica enjoys traveling, playing sports, and participating in community service events.

Nicole Glaser Front Office Manager, Epping Nicole majored in communications at Northern Arizona University and has worked in office administration since 2001. Her background consists of Event Planning and Sales Coordination for two major resort chains, legal office administrative experience, as well as having held positions as Board Secretary and Chair for local youth athletic and Cub Scout organizations. She joined the Bodywise team in our Epping clinic in 2019.
Nicole is a mother of four, who enjoys spending time with her husband and children in the outdoor splendor that is New England, cheering her children on in their various sports and activities, running, gardening, home improvement projects, watching medical documentaries, and rooting for two of the world’s greatest sports franchises, the Red Sox and Patriots. She is dedicated to ensuring our patients are wholly cared for and enjoy their physical therapy experience from start to finish at Bodywise PT!

PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Dr. Morgan attended Ithaca College located in Ithaca, New York. She received her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Health Sciences in 2013 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2015. Her focus has been outpatient orthopedics with an interest in surgery and pediatrics. In 2021 Dr. Morgan underwent extensive training to become a certified lymphedema specialist and completed a dry needling certification. She has also done significant additional training in the areas of pediatrics, chronic pain, and manual therapy techniques.
Dr. Morgan is a mom to a little boy which keeps her busy when not in the clinic.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST, PHYSICAL THERAPIST MANAGER
Dr. Justin attended the University of Massachusetts- Lowell, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology in 2012. Dr. Justin then continued his graduate studies at the University of Massachusetts- Lowell earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. His main focus has been on manual outpatient orthopedic settings. In addition, he spent 12 weeks in Illinois with a focus on chronic pain and pain management using “Pain Science Education.” He currently utilizes these concepts while creating treatment plans and educating clients as well as colleagues.
Dr. Justin believes in treating the whole person with a focus on improving quality of life using movement as medicine. In addition to practicing “Pain Science,” Justin received his certification in Lee Silverman Voice Treatment- THINK BIG (LSVT-THINK BIG) to treat Parkinson’s patients to address his interest in neurological disorders. In addition he is pursuing certifications for diagnosing and treating vestibular conditions and concussion. Since starting his professional career he has also received several certifications in spinal manipulation, extremity manipulation as well as functional dry needling allowing him to become very skilled at treating spinal disorders as well as headaches. He is passionate about learning new techniques which help improve overall patient outcomes.
When not in the clinic Dr. Justin can be found creating delicious culinary creations in the kitchen or on his smoker, hiking, hatchet throwing, kayaking or just relaxing with close friends and family.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Dr. Sam graduated from Boston University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She also holds a degree in neuroscience. This brings a new dimension to Bodywise further enhancing our ability to treat complicated neck and back injuries. Sam holds certification in dry needling and is also pursuing a certification for patients with both vestibular dysfunction and concussions. She has also undergone additional training in mobilizations, chronic pain and manual therapy.
Sam enjoys helping patients return to activities that matter most to them. When not in the clinic, she enjoys spending time outside with her family and friends hiking, camping, or crafting.

Ryan Poplaski received his BS from the University of New England in 2000 and Master of Physical Therapy in 2001. Ryan has been the owner of Bodywise Physical Therapy since 2007. He has spent most of his career working in the field of orthopedics and sports medicine.
Ryan’s extensive knowledge allows him to work with patients from acute injury and post-operative care returning them to pre-injury status. Ryan focuses on a combination of manual therapy, patient education, and functional exercise to get patients back to their optimal level. Ryan has received advanced training in the foot, spine, and more recently SI joint dysfunction. Ryan’s dedication to the field of physical therapy is evident in his desire to return his patients to their previous activities.

Karen Poplaski received her Bachelor of Science from the University of New England in 2000 and followed on for her Master of Physical Therapy in 2001. She has spent her whole career as an outpatient physical therapist. She has been the owner of Bodywise Physical Therapy since 2007.
Karen treats patients of all ages and orthopedic conditions. Her treatment focuses on advanced orthopedic manual skills, functional exercise, and patient education. Karen has been certified in dry-needling since 2016 and uses this treatment technique for numerous acute and chronic conditions. Karen’s dedication to patient care is evident through the personal care and attention she provides her patients.

Dr. Arden graduated from Winona State University in Winona, MN with a Bachelor of Science in 2016 prior to graduating from Franklin Pierce University’s Doctorate of Physical Therapy program in Manchester, NH in 2020. Originally from Saint Paul, Minnesota, Arden returned to the Twin Cities to start his physical therapy career with a brief stint in in-patient care before returning to the Seacoast to work in outpatient orthopedics in Spring of 2021. Arden enjoys working with any and all conditions, and has continued to grow as an orthopedic physical therapist since returning to outpatient work, where he now holds certifications in Dry Needling and Spinal Manipulation.
Outside of work, Arden enjoys snowboarding in the Wintertime and ultimate frisbee in the Summertime. He also enjoys playing almost any other sport, playing video games, reading, biking, cooking, and relaxing in his hammock when he is able to do so. He intends to learn how to surf as well, now that he lives near the ocean.

Amanda majored in Early Childhood Education at Northern Essex Community College. She has been working in the healthcare field for over 10 years. With a background in pathology, women’s health, and pharmacy, Amanda has nurtured her desire to make a difference in patients’ lives. In her administrative and clinical support roles, Amanda has been able to make decisions that positively affect the level of care patients receive. Amanda is dedicated to ensuring our patients are cared for in a welcoming and friendly environment.
When not in the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, bird watching, biking, and traveling.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Katelyn graduated from Plymouth State University with her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy in 2021. Katelyn’s clinical interests include the treatment of orthopedic injuries and sports-specific rehabilitation through the use of therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and manual therapy.
She is passionate about treating patients and helping them to return to the activities they love. Before becoming a Physical Therapist, Katelyn received her Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from the University of New England. She spent five years working at Northeastern University as an Athletic Trainer in the Sports Medicine department, working mainly with the women’s soccer and baseball teams. In her free time, Katelyn enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, relaxing by the beach or lake, and watching all Boston sports.

Janelle graduated with her Master's in Physical Therapy in 2001 from Loma Linda University. She is also certified in Integrative Dry Needling. Janelle’s career has primarily focused on outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation, with a few years spent in homecare physical therapy.
Her approach to evaluating injuries involves considering the big picture to identify possible mechanical triggers. She enjoys creatively developing specific exercise programs to achieve her clients' primary goals, as well as addressing the immediate issues that arise during the healing journey.

Dr. Nick graduated from Gannon University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2013. Before pursuing physical therapy, he earned a degree in Athletic Training from Keene State College, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of injury prevention and rehabilitation. He has extensive experience in both outpatient orthopedic and skilled nursing facilities, allowing him to treat a diverse range of conditions.
Dr. Nick employs a highly individualized, manual therapy approach, prioritizing each patient's unique needs and goals. He is dedicated to empowering patients through targeted physical therapy interventions, helping them confidently return to sport, work, hobbies, and leisure activities.
Outside of his professional life, Nick enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, camping, engaging in and watching sports, and exploring the outdoors.
