Shoulder External ROtation

Maybe the most important of the shoulder exercises, external rotation is the one exercise that targets the rotator cuff specifically.  More importantly, it improves shoulder stability in a way that limits pain and dysfunction.  

When done correctly with the correct resistance, this exercise will not be painful and can increase pain free motion almost immediately.  

Although this may be the most important, this is definitely not the only exercise you should be doing for shoulder health.  Talk to us about some of the other go-to exercises that can reduce your pain and improve your shoulder motion.
